With your expert local guide, you will see:
- Streets of the Old City, a UNESCO World Heritage Site
- Petit Champlain Street, a quaint but bustling commercial district
- Château Frontenac, a hotel built to look like a castle from France's Loire Valley
- Dufferin Terrace, situated alongside the St. Lawrence River and often filled with performers and vendors
Tour a fromagerie, or cheese factory, and see how poutine cheese curds are made
Spend the afternoon exploring Québec City on your own

Learn about the culture and traditional way of life from the Huron-Wendat Nation, and learn how Canada has fostered a sustained relationship with local First Nations and indigenous communities
Enjoy dinner at a Canadian cabane à sucre, where you’ll learn how maple syrup is harvested from maple trees and made into a variety of products
