Program description: Designed to provide insight into how a culture steeped in tradition and the prestige of "made in Italy" has harnessed innovation and growth to compete in today's global economy. Engage in facilitated design thinking sessions, hands-on workshops and learn from world renowned brands, industry experts and entrepreneurs across industries such as food, fashion and automotives while also experiencing 'la dolce vita’ in the cities of Parma, Turin and Milan.

Cultural highlight: Experience one of Europe’s oldest café cultures at one of Turin’s historic, 18th century coffee houses and try a “bicerin” (bee-che-reen)-a glass of espresso, topped with hot chocolate and cream.

    Visit Sforzesco Castle, a palace with regal courtyards, impressive art, and interesting museums

    Travel to Turin

    🔹 Cultural engagement: Take a tour of Turin

    With an expert local guide you will see:

    • Piazza San Carlo, located between the impressive San Carlo and Santa Christina churches
    • The Cathedral of San Giovanni Battista, where the Shroud of Turin is kept 

    Stand on the panoramic observation deck of Mole Antonelliana, a monumental building featured on the two-cent Italian euro coin

    Visit the National Cinema Museum, an exhibition that houses all-thing-cinematic and is one of the top-most visited Italian museums 

    Enjoy dinner in Turin, an area famous for playing host to Slow Food’s Salone del Gusto and Terra Madre conferences

    Travel via Pavia, the capital of the region known for its wine, rice, and dairy products, on your way to Parma 

    Enjoy dinner in Parma, a region famous for its prosciutto and cheese 

  • Day 8: Parma
