Let’s talk about you for a second
When you lead a program with us:

Network with other faculty members
EF offers a wide range of opportunities to connect with other globally minded faculty and grow as an educator. First-time faculty leaders can participate in our Orientation and Development Seminars in Paris or Barcelona. Experienced faculty leaders have the opportunity to join other educators on our Professional Development and Networking Experiences, developed specifically for EF Study Abroad faculty, in locations like Berlin, Lisbon, and beyond.
Attend our international orientations
We want you to feel confident when you lead your first program. That’s why we invest in every first-time Group Leader and train you for free in Paris, in Barcelona or via webinars you can take part in from home. After you enroll ten students you can choose your destination or the webinar that works best for your schedule. Orientation and Development Seminar attendees will see a program in action with a Tour Director, experience walking tours, meals and hotels and sightseeing at popular cultural destinations, learn helpful tips and advice from experienced Group Leaders, discuss long term goals for your program, and so much more.

Start earning Global Points with our loyalty program right away once you start enrolling students. Then redeem them after your first program for the kind of travel and scholarship opportunities you won’t find with any other company: from professional development and networking events designed to connect you with fellow educators in unexpected destinations like Lisbon, Berlin, and the Dominican Republic, to scholarships and upgrades to enhance the study abroad experience for you and your students.
Global Points can be applied to domestic and international professional learning opportunities—developed specifically for college and university faculty—to give faculty leaders skills and knowledge they can bring back to campus.
Learn from (and with) experienced faculty
By leading an EF group abroad, you’ll engage in enriching professional development and growth for you, alongside other experienced faculty. As an educator, as a professional, and as an individual you’ll develop a whole host of competencies to add to your professional dossier. These experiences are designed to deepen your global perspective and give you skills to bring back to your campus through expert-led workshops and immersion in local culture.
